jbaj Terms and Conditions

1 General Information and Eligibility

jbaj is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides live casino, slots, sports betting, and fishing games to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between jbaj ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player").

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Payment methods currently accepted at jbaj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. After a deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal Prerequisites

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the value of the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period and conditions.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, address, or payment method is prohibited.
• There may be restrictions on which games can be played using bonus balance.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can advance through four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week; Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week. Advancement from one tier to the next is determined based on gaming activity and history.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on jbaj are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). Each game has its own rules and payout structure.

Technical Issues

If a game disconnects mid-round or a technical error occurs, the round will be settled from the last valid state saved in the system. jbaj is not liable for bets lost due to disconnection.

Erroneous Payouts

If an excess payout is made due to a technical error or mistake, jbaj reserves the right to deduct that amount from the account at a later time. No claims based on erroneously received winnings will be accepted.

Sports Betting Special Rules

• If a match is cancelled, the bet on that match will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed after a match has started will be calculated according to the live odds.
• Cricket betting includes BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbaj platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and the balance may be confiscated:

• Deliberately applying strategies to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse)
• Using fraudulent payment methods
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions

• Disrespectful behaviour toward other players or staff

• Betting on behalf of a third party or with another person's funds

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Order from a court or regulatory authority
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)

Player's Rights

You may close your own account at any time. Before closing your account, please ensure the balance is zero. After an account is closed, that information will be retained for a specified period as required by law.
